So yeah, approvals are a wee bit of a bottleneck at the moment because there's so much to go through on Set 3 and such, but the smaller stuff will move faster.

So a 3:1 or a 2:1 huh? I was thinking of back converting to XP and that would be a 3:1 Ratio which I believe works.

I was thinking at first of the +1 but then decided I wanted more set test dies. (D6 is a favorite system of our group and it helps us gauge "power levels" or at least control power level and creep.)

Thank you both for your information

Or - as an alternative - perhaps convert bonus dices in an fixed +1 bonus if thats go along with the system you want to use.

A single bonus die adds an average of between about 0.9 to 2.5, depending on how many ability and bonus dice you already have.* Ability dice add an average of 3.5. So I would personally go with anything from a 2:1 to 3:1 conversion rate.

*FYI and unrelated to your question, the highest value add for a bonus die is typically when you have high abilities and no previous bonus dice. Going from 6D to 6D+1B, for example. The lower value adds are when you have very low abilities (1D or 2D), or when you already have a lot of bonus dice (going from 6D+5B to 6D+6B doesn't get you much).

Proofreading for errors and such is going on for the PG currently as it goes through final approvals (we won't have to resubmit if we fix typos and clarify things and such). One proofreader in particular has been a real machine, which has been great. I'll be calling him out later likely as I don't want to get him besieged with "C'mon spill it!" requests unless he's gonna out himself.

After that we do the same with the GMG. The approvals for that are already going, final layouts are being tweaked (those often happen right up to finalizing everything), etc... but proofing.

Hopefully you won't get charged a customs tax for receiving them...

My personal preference is to give everyone 7 dp but as they get older require more benefits and limit the number they can take as they are younger. They can also not reinvest DP. Once they are invested they are gone.

Oh, and from an RPG perspective, I found the description/mechanics of existing spells to be neat.
