Making the GR Character Sheet and other PDFs Form-fillable

I have a question about this, what I need to do in order to make the Green Ronin sheets form-fillable. I have a full copy of Acrobat and the only real thing I know how to do with it is to make an existing pdf form-fillable. What are the rules concerning this? Can I take the existing sheets and make them form-fillable? Or do I need to create new sheets? Can I post them to the boards here or would they be strictly for personal use only? I've never done anything like this before so I dont know what I need to do so I dont violate any laws and such. Anyone able to offer advice? Green Ronin, can you let me know what I need to do in this regard or if I can do this or not?
