My reading would say it should be something like this-
For each one Health that the target of this spell loses, you are healed of the same amount.
Isn't this effectively the same as Puissant casting? But weaker? Instead of increasing spellpower, you are decreasing the targets resistance which is essentially the same as putting the spellpower up by 1?
